Interview started with an over the phone interview and then second round lead with an in person interview. The over the phone portion was very laid back with just basic easy questions. Both people that I interviewed with were very friendly and made me feel very comfortable.

Basic questions identifying personality traits, why you are the best candidate for the job and why you want to work for the company. The second interview round is more trying to get to know who you are as a person, related experience you have, and if you are a good fit for the position.
