One on one interview with a company rep in a store that the company guard .Given a brief history of the company ,the role and expectations of the company .

Experience of the job that you have applied for .What you do out of work ie Hobbies and Interests in my case Family History and Constructing Model boats .Have you any children ages ? boy or girl ? He was very interested in my family history research and esp the area i worked in at Kingston upon Thames where he went to uni . He was also interested to see that when i was unemployed that i went on courses to improve my job skills IE Emergency First Aid at Work , COSHH and Manual Handling .Experience of arresting shoplifters and the paperwork to do with that and also court appearance giving evidence against the thief.and not being afraid to confront them and how to get bout of difficult situations
First step apply on Securitas career portal. Fill in all the details ( personal details), 5 years of address history and employment history, if have a security license ..no when issued...Training body..
After this the HR will contact you and will establish a inter iew date and time. A the interview you will get a short brief about the role you apply for and they will ask questions like : why Securitas? Your background and why security? How you will work on stressful situation?
After 1-5 days will tell you if you pass or not ( depend how urgent the need you)
