Applied on online job board, received and/or returned several emails/calls before setting appointment to take computer test at interview site, standard interview, went well enough to know that I had the job as I left the interview, received minimal training/classes geared to my job title prior to starting at client site, averaged a total of 2 to 3 visits before starting work

How well do you handle stressful, tense, emergency type situations? What do you do when presented with a disgruntled and/or downright violent aggressive individual/customer? Can you remain calm in a stressful emergency and take control of a situation? Do you have any felonies, misdemeanors, legal, criminal issues taht I need to know about?

one position I applied for didn't work with my availability so I asked for other options and still left with a more compatible offer
I applied and completed what I thought to be a successful interview, but a few hours later they contacted me and told me the job wasn't available. They said one thing on the application but told you something else during the interviews.

Over the phone very informal. They don’t ask very many questions about background or experience. I was offered a position on the same call and emailed my initial onboarding instructions. I was also told where I would be posted.
