Very good structured process. 1st sitting a test based on common sense where for example you try to pick out knives and guns on an xray picture, find whats missing from scene pictures, match shapes, colour test etc etc.

Structured questions about past where you give examples of how you sorted out conflict, dealt with certain situations etc. One to one which was relaxed and got instant offer of job.

Was calling into a room with a condescending woman that sent me off to do computer modules. The computer modules were easy. Then I went back with the CW and she asked a series of questions. She then told me I passed the aptitude testing and called her boss to make me an offer.
