I called and signed up for their BST course (2 weeks) when I asked about employment then I was told, "well we hire 90% of those that pass." After completing the course I went and sat with the two managers who discussed what role I'd have, where I'd work, and it went very well. Afterwards they took me out and showed me a few different sites with the company vehicle.
