Applied for a position on their career website and spoke with a recruiter the next day to arrange an interview. The interview with the recruiter went well. I was asked to interview with the supervisors the next day via zoom. When I interviewed with them their energy seemed off. They seemed as if they were annoyed the whole time and seemed like they wanted it to be over. While speaking with them, they also seemed distracted most of the entire time. They asked me about my previous work experience and that was all. The recruiter told me that the interview would last approximately 45 mintues but mine ended in 10 mintues.
Easy conversational interview. Only 2 interviews ine with recruiter the other with manager. Ask the typical questions what would do or describe a time. The manager was nice and easy going. I wouldn’t rate this interview as difficult. If you have the typical call center experience it shouldn’t be any problems,

Describe a time you had to had to de escalate a problem.
They tend to hire really quickly within the day of the interview I had an answer. They were super nice and adapted to the pandemic very quickly. There were three people in my interview and all interchanged questions
