Had an initial conversation with a recruiter. Next was a technical interview with a senior manager and another consultant which lasted about 45 minutes. The last interview was a Skype video teleconference with the director in charge. This was more of a suitability interview then anything. Some scenario based questions.

I spoke to the the HR representative to discuss the role I thought I had applied to and I then was scheduled for a one-on-one 45 minute meeting about a week later with the hiring manager to discuss my experience and fit for the role. The questions were not difficult but there was a mix-up by the HR person over the position I actually had applied to prior and I was being asked questions for a much more senior manager role.
