Received a cold email from the COO (or a recruiter using her email) telling me I was a fit for the role. Following a 30 min screen with the recruiter, received an invite for interview with the COO. Hours before the call with the COO, received an email saying the job requirements had changed and I was no longer a fit. I looked at the JD and it was exactly the same. Why waste so much of my time and energy?
