Met with a principal first, discussed history of employment, skills, and the job over coffee. Very cordial and personable. Second interview was with current PM who I'd be working with over breakfast. Third was with three of four principals to discuss compensation and hear their pitch.

Met with the Lead Principal and another PM over breakfast and had a pleasant interview. We discussed work experience, the expectations of the position and the roadmap that the company was on. Overall, it was an easy interview with straightforward questions.
