It was a behavioral interview where I was posed with several different scenarios and had to answer how I would handle a specific situation. The interview first started with the basics, going over my resume and asking me about my past professional experience and how I could use that in the company. Later I had to answer situational questions that many behavior specialists on the job face on a day to day basis to see if I could respond appropriately.
