Details of time and place of interview was done timely and communicate clearly. Panel consisted of managers. 2nd round of interviews were execs. Both interview rounds asked relevant questions. Able to build rapport with the staff during the interview.

The interview panel consists of one human resource manager and two hiring managers, focusing exclusively on technical questions regarding maritime infrastructure design, past professional experience, and commercialization aspects, ensuring a thorough evaluation of expertise and practical application in the field.
Online interview, I was asked general questions about my skills, previous roles, education etc. I was asked to demonstrate an example of people managing skills done in a practical sense.
