If I didn't accept another position, I would've happily continued the process. Had several conversations with hiring manager, internal recruiting, and partners of the executive teams. Then had a mock travel/conference schedule to create. Overall very communicative.

Contacted by recruiter to set up a phone interview. Phone interview was to get a feel for my background and experience. I was told they had just started initial screenings and that they would contact me if I’m chosen for next phase. Couple days went by and I was rejected. Unclear how I was rejected given my experience. I find phone interviews to be inefficient. I would recommend a video conference so that you can connect with the candidates on a personal level. Take it from someone who has been a recruiter/hiring manager. The phone interview comes off as bias. I would
not recommend this company and would not reapply. I will not be using their service.
