Entretien
The process lasted for about a week. I first applied on the company website where, besides including resume and cover letter, you are also prompted to completed a problem set to test your spreadsheet skills, online and email marketing knowledge. A person from HR reached out and scheduled a phone interview with one of the company's employee working in the Marketing Department. The interview was very laid back and the questions where mostly related to my past work experience and analytical interests. A lot was centered on ad-words, social media KPIs and SEO.

The person who interviewed me to know every detail of the company. I did do a thorough amount of research but seemed almost upset that I wasn’t aware of a new partnership they had.

Entretien
Application: You complete a mini assessment that takes under an hour to complete as part of your application. There are some easy questions to check your understanding of digital marketing and how experienced you are with Excel.
Phone interview: The phone screening process takes under 30 min. Most questions are about past education and experience.
In-office interview: Interview was with a member of the marketing team. You're asked to copyedit a blurb, calculate different paid channels, and answer a few questions to see your savviness at looking things up on the internet.
