The worst interview I’ve ever went.
I waited for an hour for the interview only for the interviewer to show disinterest upon seeing my DISC profile. The interview walked in and out for around 3 times during my interview. No respect for the candidate.
Kindly don’t ask the candidates to wait for an hour to fill up the DISC test if it’s one of the first screening criteria. I could have filled up at home and not gone for the interview. Such a waste of time.
