Had 3 rounds of interviews, completed task, management really liked me and were ready to make offer, HR approved salary as well. CEO approved me but COO changed her mind last minute (My experience was not matching position according to her). Too many people need to approve you and how COO(lawyer), can determine IT skills better than actual IT management is a secret for me.
