The process is divided into 3 different stages. 1 human resource call- basic things like years of exp, stack, and salary expectation 2- technical interview- built a simple license project 3- the final interview - technical question

Entretien
Interview lasted for about 2 weeks. I had a contact person Austin who kept updating me with the next phase. I had one interview with the HR, one with two software engineers and another with the engineering lead. Then finally I had salary negotiation

Entretien
The interview process does not follow any particular pattern. The main thing that they want to see is that you can write code in either Java, C# or PHP but preferrably Java since most of the applications they have are written in Java. Once you can demonstrate that, you would most like get in.
