The interview process is the same as I have seen companies begin to adopt. The interview was a series of groups interviewing and asking questions specific to their focus. At least 2 groups were managers of the various teams where I may be placed, 3 teams of developers, and 1 group of senior/principle engineers to cover approaches to technical concepts.
