The phone interview consists of a group of people. Most of questions are from your resume. The questions are not difficult and I felt that they just want to know more about you from the interview. The on-site interview is very easy. There is no format, no difficult questions. They randomly talked with you and asked you easy questions. People are nice ans smart. They like to talk with you in mid-west styles. It seems to me that they just try to see whether you can fit the team well.

Very unprofessional…! I applied online. The process took 2 months in total. 3 steps. 40 min preliminary interview with the hiring manager. Then a technical presentation based on my research and 3 panel interviews. Finally one hour interview with the hiring manager again. Then I was told that I will be contacted within a week. But they didn’t care to inform. I sent follow up emails twice. One after 15 days, another after 21 day. They never replied. I was totally ghosted. Such an unprofessional attitude from someone at a director level is just unacceptable.

Two hours interview with test on technical , 3 interviewers, no HR. Virtual interview , interviewers were technical managers.Test was quite detailed and in depth. The test was done virtually also and during the interview

What is your experience and the skillset applicable to this role?
Two rounds interview and the interviewees are very nice, the whole process is very helpful and the feedback is quite fast. The second round interview is to present a PPT, and you need to answer the questions.
