In the end, I was hired, moved, and walked into the middle of a re-org with a supervisor who had no clue what I should be doing. In six months I NEVER received a comprehensive written job description, only a simple 3 bullet point outline that changed with whims of management. Other hires around the same time rendered my position moot. I was relegated to grunt labor for which I had made clear I was unqualified. Inter-company communication on HR issues is abysmal. Job description creep and fatigue are rampant. Gossip is pervasive.
