After being shortlisted, they will send you an interview invitation. After the initial interview, you have to take the assessment and you have to pass it first before proceeding to the next step.
First round of interview is with Human Resource, more on personality interview and getting to know the applicant and the company. Next is with hiring manager, sort of panel interview along with supervisors within the team. Mostly chill and more on personality interview to know if you will vibe well with the team.
