Was invited to a first-stage interview via email. Pleasant experience whilst I was there. Was told I'd hear back within 2 weeks, regardless of whether I was successful or not. Heard nothing. Sent an email after 2 and a half weeks to chase it up, heard nothing back. Called HR to find out more, and was basically just dismissed on the phone and spoken to really rudely by the lady. Was told the position had been filled and that's all she knew. Tone of voice was very rude and dismissive. Would've been nice to have been informed that my application wasn't going to be continued.
