It was a brief, yet comprehensive interview. They asked some tricky questions that baffled me. I believe I managed to recover, but I really don't know if I did. There was also a skills portion of the interview where they tested my typing speed.

I was asked questions like "tell me about a time you had a conflict and how you resolved it?" and more basic like how fast I type. It was easygoing and more conversational because the manager was so nice!

First had a Zoom interview where the regional manager discussed the role and then asked me how to spell a few common medical terms, and asked for definitions. After she placed me with a site manager who administered a written test after a 2 week training module that went in depth on medical procedures and diagnosis we will see in the ED. Make sure to review the terminology and you should be good.
