Sat down with the two chief scribes who asked about my background, schooling, future plans, why I wanted the job, etc. It was a pretty laid back feel as the two chief scribes were two of my classmates from college who were in their early 20's. It was an approximately 1 hour interview. This particular day another candidate showed up at the same time and was interviewed separately. Fortunately, we were both hired at the same time and trained together.

Short video call with regional manager, then onboarding and month long training with various managers. Training involves testing and quizzes with score requirements over over 80 percent to pass and then final exam of 85 percent
