I applied online on the Scout Boats website, followed by receiving a call-back for an in-person interview with a recruiter and then a tour/interview with a plant manager. Once the interview was complete I was to be drug-tested on site before an offer could be finalized. After passing I was then presented with an option of choosing when to start.
