I was invited to an in-person assessment along with 12 other candidates. We were separated and taken to a room with two senior employees. I was asked beforehand to prepare a 20 minute presentation on the main challenges and opportunities facing the energy retail business in the next 5 years. I gave my presentation and was asked a few questions afterwards. The interviewers were kind. They then asked behavioural and role-related questions.

Welcoming environment. They give a brief about the company and its operations. Then take one person at a time for interviewing. Asks a combination of behavioral and technical questions. Interviewers are friendly and helpful and makes you feel comfortable throughout.
