Basic interview with director and one coordinator asking standard questions. Unprofessional responses to questions on company culture such as current staff personal information and productivity issues. Was a little alarmed with the lack of professionalism but made notes to never tell my personal business. Overall, interview was typical of a inexperienced company that claimed to want and need to revamp its' model and recreate its' mission.
