A first remote interview with the Head of Engineering. This was about getting to know each other and the role. It was quite cordial. He got to explain what the business was about and what the role entailed. I asked a number of questions then I he got ask questions about my experience - mostly what was on my CV. There were some gaps that emerged in matching up to the role which was mostly because I was coming from a different industry. We didn't progress but It was still a good interview in the end.
