The Team Lead conducted the interview and asked fundamental questions about binary search. We also discussed core Python concepts, including decorators and the usage of the "with" statement for context management.

Interview went fine; was referred, the interviewer gave me a test he found online. He didn't explain it well but we talked about how I would think through the problem and how I would solve/implement it. Unfortunately, the recruiters took two months to give me a response. The interviewer said that I did well on the test and I wouild be a good fit, but I'm not sure why the process took so long, given that I did follow up twice between my interview and ultimate rejection.
