I got contacted by a recruited, telling me that my profile matched what they were looking for. We set up an appointment for phone interview. The questions were not hard, but the week after, they decided that they were not interested without giving any reason.

I was applied through a headhunter. They arranged a onsite interview with a senior staff and a HR in HK office after two weeks, the interviewers were friendly, went through my CV and asked for my recent modelling experience, coding skill, and my research interest. They also shared me with their visions and plans. Wait for the feedback and further interview with US-based team.
