Transparent process with clear communication throughout. Truly everyone I spoke to was incredibly passionate about the mission and goal of literacy. It was a long 3 month process with multiple interviews but that was clear from the beginning and I was told about every step. I was deeply impressed with the kindness and passion of everyone especially for it being such a large company! I did have to decline due to parental leave eligibility and wish they would review that policy. Overall, I would’ve been overjoyed to work for such a collaborative and supportive team!
