Interview process took over 3 months. There was no expectation on when to hear back with decisions. Made it to the final interview, but HR never contacted me again. EXTREMELY unprofessional with no proper rejection email. They leave you completely in the dark with no explanation on why I didn't receive the offer (basically got ghosted)
