Panel interview asking about my background and efforts. Talked specifically about how I had the background skills and future aspirations to become the leader I want to be. This was a great experience I will always remember. A big piece of my energy was spent on learning and networking. I felt they were professional and looking out for my best interests.
Basic. Nothing crazy. Typical Schneider questions. a lot of situational questions. Explain how you have reacted to certain situations. Group interview where they take turns asking different questions. Overall good experience
