You send in two long-ish responses, and then they give you a technical task that should only take a few hours. After a week or two, I got called back for a first-round interview. There were supposed to be two more interviews, and the last one is with the head of Schmidt Futures.

If you're applying for APM program, be prepared to go through a technical exercise even if you're applying for a non-technical role. This was my experience during the interview process, and it came as a surprise to me. I found it strange that I was given a tech exercise with a one-hour time limit, despite not applying for a technical role.
