Very Unprofessional. You will have an initial interview with a talent acquisition specialist who does not tell you much about anything. You should then wait for another interview with HR manager. But noone got back to me with a response (even a rejection) after this initial interview. Even if you call or send an email, they will just ghost you with no response!!
