4 one-hour interviews back-to-back. It was a long day, and pretty full-on, but comfortable, friendly and pretty laid back. Questions were well thought out and it was much more like a conversation than an interrogation.

Asked me to describe my thought process for my at-home coding exam. Asked me to design algorithms for some scenarios. Was not expected to remember how to implement things by name (i.e., no "implement heap sort"). Problems were well explained.
