First screening interview with an HR person.
Then second interview with a senior employee.
The company overall behaved in an incredibly unprofessional way.
They rejected my application after the second interview, stating they had found another candidate, when it was evidently false.
I know it is not true because the position had been already open for 3 months (hard to believe they could not find a right fit), I was their last candidate for the second interview before they went on holidays, and the same day they rejected me, they posted on LinkedIn again they were hiring for that role, so clearly they had not found anybody else, contrary to what they told me.
In addition, they said this "ghost candidate" had an experience I did not have, which is evidently false. This means, in searching for an excuse, they didn't even bother to read my resume.
My advice?
Don't waste time with them. You deserve better.
