      This was one of the best interview experiences I have experienced. I applied through a referral in October, and was promptly contacted by Brandon. Brandon was wonderful, and made sure I was in the loop from start to finish as he set up each step in the interview process. He is incredibly personable and friendly! He also handled the final offer, which was received in January. My interview rounds were conducted via Zoom and consisted of an initial screening with Brandon, a technical interview round, and a final company culture fit round with the department director. Each interview felt like a conversation which was much appreciated. I was impressed with how genuine everyone responded when I asked about things such as work life balance and company culture. All in all, I left each conversation excited about Schellman’s work environment and cannot wait to join the team!

      I had a call with one of the talent acquisition specialists. The call went quite well in my opinion, as the specialist mentioned how my background aligned well with the role's requirements. She mentioned that she would get back to me regarding the next steps. Next steps never came. I sent two emails to follow up and confirm. No response, and they left me on read. (I have an email tracker installed). Highly unprofessional. Will never consider working for this company ever again as they wasted my time and ghosted me.
