J'ai postulé en ligne. Le processus a pris 3 semaines. J'ai passé un entretien chez Scendea en août 2022
Entretien
I applied through Linkedin and was initially invited to an approx 30 minute call with the recruiter, who asked me some basic questions to see what I understood about the role, and why I was interested. After that I was invited to a Zoom interview with the same recruiter, and with the COO. This was very pleasant and they seemed genuinely interested and engaged. However, disappointing, I never heard anything more from Scendea after that. While I was very interested in the position, I was put off during the recruitment process by the fact that Scendea do not permit hydrid/remote working for their junior employees. They responded only with vague statements about company culture when asked more this. They seem to view hybrid working as a privilege to be earned, rather than something which is standard in other comparable companies.

Question 1
Straightforward questions about the role and why I was interested in it.
I had an initial interview followed by a written and reasoning assessment. The last stage was a panel interview where I had to present a short presentation on my greatest scientific achievement.

It was confusing.
I submitted my CV to their job post in Linkedin.
Their recruiter reached out to me two days later with a phone call which lasted 45 minutes and went really well.
The recruiter invited me to the next stage, a 1 hour interview about experience and skills three days later.
I arrive to the zoom interview and it's the recruiter, the company director, and the director of marketing, which is an unusual mix for a scientific role. Then they introduced themselves, and I did as well. I had no previous experience in their specific field, and I had mentioned this during the previous interview as well as in my CV, but when I finished introducing myself and my background the director of the company cut me off and said that since I had not mentioned that field that he could see I was not interested in it and that meant I was not right for the job. The call was over 1 minute later and I never got any more feedback.
I suspect the overbooked interview and already knew who they wanted to hire when they talked to me.

Question 1
Look specifically (scientifically) into what they do and mention it as soon as possible!
