After being selected as a candidate, the interview was done via a one-way video with 6 questions.
Which was then submitted to a "Hiring Team", who reviewed the video. It seems they judge you on the answers in their creepy video, not on the creative skills you will be bringing to the company. I never had the chance to show them my portfolio or my designs, which is what they was looking for in the first place. I feel their interview process is flawed and works against them. it would be much simpler to arrange a real Face-to-Face interview, to see a designer and their portfolio, rather that have them record a ridiculous video.
