J'ai postulé via un recruteur. J'ai passé un entretien chez Sazerac

Honestly I think this might take the cake for the worse interview experience I have ever had. The recruiter reached out to me via LinkedIn she had wanted to talk about an opening. I obliged and we connected later in the week… Throughout the interview she made comments on my resume saying I needed to put previous roles that were not relevant to the current position I was trying to attain, not to mention they were over 8 years ago throughout the interview I didn’t feel excited for the job she was quite passive aggressive and extremely condescending asking very non relevant questions like (why the career change) despite the fact this job lines up with my experience and currently what I do on a larger scale it’s not a great look I felt our time could have been utilized better asking relevant questions on top of the fact that I ended up being turned down for the position because she didn’t pay attention to my location in which I was currently looking for work so it wouldn’t have been relevant regardless overall a very bad experience wouldn’t have taken the job even with an offer overall dissatisfied as my time was wasted due to negligence on her part

One interview over zoom, fairly simple questions. I felt comfortable. The recruiter sent all benefit information before my formal interview and tips on what to research before my interview which was so helpful

Filled out application online. Receive an email from a Sazerac recruiter and we set up a phone screen. I waited for the call around 15 minutes then emailed the recruiter. It was only then that he told me that he was not the recruiter for my area any longer, and that he would forward my information to the new recruiter. How about letting me know prior to our scheduled call? I rearranged my schedule to accommodate this call time. Rude and obviously don't value others time.
