Extremely unprofessional interview process and experience. Ghosted for months while being strung along that I was still in the process. Take their employer reviews seriously. I’m amazed they can attract any talent at all if this is how they treat other candidates. Their TA department could use an overhaul. I have never in my life been through such an unprofessional interview process from poor communication to their lack clarity around process and needs from the role.

Went through a 6 stage interview process for a mid level recruiter role. No structure during each stage and unprofessional. I believe they had no thought on what type of candidate they were looking for and just wasting candidates time. I had to chase for interview feedback every stage.
