Started out so great! They scheduled the first interview very quickly after receiving my resume. The interview went great, they sound like a close team with a lot of talents. They got back to me very quickly to schedule the second interview; an hour zoom interview with the same members plus the Exec. Director. The zoom meeting went very well, as well. Enjoyed them and was very excited to hear next steps. They said they would be in touch within a week regarding next steps.
One week went by, nothing.
I reached out after two weeks to follow-up.
Never heard back.
Two more weeks later (four total after second interview), I followed up again.
Never heard back.
It has now been 6 weeks and I have not heard anything from anyone. I am very frustrated, because I was so excited and even wanted to volunteer if I didn't get the position, but I am unlikely to do that at this point. Again, they sounded great and do great things, but I think this shows a lack of respect for someone's time and interest, as well as quite a bit of disorganization.
