Ho sostenuto un colloquio conoscitivo con il team e un successivo colloquio con le risorse umane. Nel complesso non ho trovato il processo particolarmente complicato o stressante. Le domande erano principalmente orientate a comprendere il mio percorso, le mie motivazioni e il mio interesse per il ruolo. È probabile che venga fatta anche qualche domanda in inglese per verificare il livello di comunicazione e la capacità di sostenere una conversazione professionale di base.

Fast and speedy email correspondence to set up an in-person interview. Interview lasted 30 minutes with two interviewers. Mostly focused on behavioural and cultural fit, with a brief discussion about Excel skills.
