Very unprofessional. I applied for the position via a third party website and received a response from one of the founders within a week asking for an interview. I was traveling that week so we scheduled a phone conversation. Fifteen minutes after the phone conversation was scheduled I had not received a call. I emailed the person I was supposed to interview with and asked if we were still on for the call. Thirty minutes later this person responded with an apology and asked if they could call me now. I said yes and didn't hear from them for the rest of the day. I was basically ghosted by one of the founders of this company.
