The process usually consists of two interviews. One is done by store manager and another one is done by retail sales manager or production manager. They ask standard behavioural questions. If they like you, they check references and you get an offer in a few days.

Met with the store manager who gave a tour of the workplace, explaining how the business worked. Then proceeded with a more traditional interview in the management office with the typical questions.
