contacted me within an hour of submitting my app (did so in person) met my to-be direct manager, then the store manager, was asked routine questions from both, then was hired on the spot.

It was simple. They did a phone interview to see if I was still interested and to kindof explain what I'd be doing, then they had me in for an actual interview where I was offered a position on the spot.

quick interview process. very simple. they gave a tour, asked questions and gave me a test for evaluating value of items. there were 2 interviews and i was hired at the second one. the whole process took less than a week after applying.
