Hiring Process was not very long but tedious for me as it was very challenging task for me to convienence them that how I can justify myself to such a drastic change in work environment.

Achieving targets in a stipulated times and winning a online bids for crores are two different tasks. If you can't achieve your entire target this month, you can achieve next month but how will you justify yourself when a small wrong assumption or calculation might put the company under big problem.
