My interview process was a bit extended, but overall a good experiece. I had my first phone interview with the Legal Counsel, and then followed with a scheduled in person interview. My in person interview was with the CEO of the company and the Legal Counsel. They asked a little bit about my experience in HR and also some scenario questions. Interview was about an hour long. From that interview I got to see that the CEO is really down to earth and very easy to talk to. About a month later, they requested a second phone interview. The second phone interview was focused on what the company's HR department was lacking and needing extra support in. They (CEO and Corporate Counsel) also wanted to dig a little more on my experience. I was offered the position about a week later.
