I applied online and then got an email pretty soon after that asked some screening questions. After that I was brought in for an in-person interview. This was in the middle of COVID but they took precautions, everyone was masked and we sat spread out. I brought a printed portfolio to the interview but my interviewers thought it was a catalog which was a bit odd. The position seemed like it was meant to be more of a marketing coordinator/copywriter that could take care of some graphics when needed, rather than a full-blown graphic designer.
