Got a call from recruitment agency for interview. The process took 1 day. I interviewed at Sapiens (Bengaluru) in March 2019.
Interview
1. First round - Online Test(Java, SQL,XML, HTML, CSS ..)
2. Technical F2F
After completing online test they kept me waiting for around half an hour. After waiting , I went through a F2F round.
Technical panel was knowledgeable person and he asked me questions from Core Java, Multithreading , Arrays. He expected answers to be very proper . He had a very bad attitude like he knows everything and other person knows nothing. He keep on focusing on Core Java I am unable to find out why i was not selected for further rounds, even though I explained most of the things. He asked me to "leave for the day HR will get back to you.
Very BAD EXPERIENCE.
El proceso fue transparente y bien planteado, hubo preguntas técnicas y un test acerca de situaciones concretas de código. La dificultad era razonable, el trato fue genial, en todo momento me dieron feedback adecuado, mi entrevistador se involucró de la mejor manera posible

first round was okay but in second round was taken by director and he asked me about a puzzle and a coding question for which i was writing code but he told me to use another approach on which i tried to use another approach ,still he asked me to use another approach and then he asked me about my contribution on my current work and he is done .I dont know what to infer with this kind of interview where there was no any technical question was asked
